Fast and Furious 8: The Fate of the Furious

Fast and Furious 8: With Dom and Letty married, Brian and Mia retired and the rest of the Fast and Furious crew exonerated, the Fast and Furious team has found some sense of a normal life. The whole team faces an unexpected challenge when a mysterious lady named Cipher compels Dom to betray them all. Now, they must unite to bring home the man who made them a family and stop Cipher from unleashing chaos.

The entire Fast and Furious franchise are action packed, and the recent installment of Fast and Furious 8 is no exception. The Fate of the Furious is also the seventh most expensive movie ever made.

When Cipher caused Dom to betray his “Family” and move into terrorism, the entire team had no choice but to work together again, to bring back the man who united them in the first place and also stop Cipher from causing more chaos.

Eight movies into ‘Fast and Furious’, and you’ll think one would get tired of seeing so much speed and destruction. The Fast and Furious 8 crew with Vin Diesel, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Jason Statham and other just happen to keep us glued to the screen with the sheer spectacle of complete mayhem in their wake.

This new Fast and Furious franchise tried something differently this time around. With Cipher turning Dominic Toretto who is virtually untouchable behind his wheels against his family. He leaves his crew to fend for themselves.

Charlize Theron plays the character of Cipher the hacker extraordinaire. She also proves to be a cold, calculating and a heartless villain who is more than just a challenge.

There was also a surprise cameo from a revered British actress who was clearly having fun in a movie that doesn’t really need her wonderful acting skills.

Like a true Fast and Furious fan, you will find so much joy in Fast and Furious 8 with all the dazzling display of destruction, flying cars, submarines and all. It sometimes takes logic away, but you can help but wonder how much gas is left in the tank of these fast cars.
